Justin was immediately available to make a visit and diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He explained the issues in detail and gave me options for repair/replacement. Communication was VERY good with frequent texts and calls with updates. The repair was prompt and thorough. I agree with previous posts that his priority is customer satisfaction not how to beef up charges. I believe him to be honest and have integrity which is difficult to find in service providers.
